

Ava James Catering was born out of a passion for food and people and a desire to bring the two together.
After 20 years in the food and beverage industry in the San Francisco Bay Area and Orange County,
owner and Chef Andrea Maue relocated to the Temecula Valley and immediately sensed a need in the
market that she could fill. Named for Andrea’s primary inspiration, her daughter, Ava James Catering strives
to bring its namesake’s joy for life and love of people and food to every event. We are committed to crafting
the finest scratch-made food using only the best locally grown and seasonal ingredients.
